GUARANTEE

Flowers With Essence guarantees the freshness, flower quality and quantity of each order placed. Each order will be created by our professional florists and (subject to our Delivery Terms) will be made on the date specified.

Flowers With Essence cannot guarantee deliveries at exact specified times although every possible effort will be made to deliver as close to specified times as can be reasonably expected.

Our delivery term guarantees do not apply where incorrect details are provided to us in the Order Form.

Any claim against this guarantee must be made to the manager of Flowers With Essence within 48 hours of delivery on phone- (02) 9283 2727 or email info@flowerswithessence.com.au
