Delivery Terms

SYDNEY WIDE DELIVERIES

Acknowledgment Flowers With Essence will contact you by phone or email to acknowledge receipt of your order. If you have not received an email or a phone call from us confirming that your order has been received, please contact us on 9283 0000 for we may not have received your order.

Delivery Rates Delivery rates starting from $10 apply in addition to each order depending on the destination of the flowers nominated in the Order Form.

These rates usually ensure delivery within 3.5 hours of receipt of order except during peak hour trading periods eg. Valentines Day, Xmas etc. Delivery Terms Guaranteed same day delivery is available Monday to Friday subject to the following terms:

1. SYDNEY CBD + METRO AREAS BY 5:00PM (EST) Guaranteed same day delivery by 5:00pm (EST) to Sydney CBD + metro areas within 10km radius of CBD for orders received by 1pm (EST);
2. OUTSIDE 10KM OF CBD BY 5:00PM (EST) Guaranteed same day delivery by 5:00pm (EST) to areas outside 10km of CBD for orders received by 11:00am (EST);
3. ALL OF SYDNEY BY 7:00PM (EST) Guaranteed same day delivery by 7:00pm (EST) to all areas of Sydney for orders received by 3:00pm (EST);
4. OTHER Deliveries are available at specific requested times (within a 1 hour margin) + outside the time restrictions referred to above. Additional delivery fees apply. Please call us on 9283 0000 or e-mail us at info@flowerswithessence.com.au
5. RE-DELIVERY All orders must have all the correct details of the recipients name, address and phone number. It is extremely important that a contact phone number is provided especially if the flowers are sent to a home or a unit.

To avoid re-delivery, we will ask you to contact the recipient and inform us when they will be home to accept your gift or we can call them discretely for you. In any case where the recipient is not home and the flowers must be returned to our store, extra delivery fees will be charged to bring the flowers back to our store and to re-send them for you.

Deliveries are not available on Weekends or public holidays in Sydney except for Mother's Day.

Orders received over the weekend will be processed by Flowers With Essence on Monday morning or the next working day if Monday falls on a public holiday. These guarantees do not apply where:

• Incorrect order details are provided to us;
• During peak trading times including Valentines Day;
• During disputes/demonstrations or city events that hinder deliveries.

AUSTRALIA AND WORLD WIDE DELIVERIES

Flowers With Essence delivers to almost all areas of Australia and the World through our association of florists and Interflora. World Wide orders must be received at least 24 hours of the required delivery date. Please note that minimum order values apply to Australia and World Wide deliveries.
